Ghassan Samara M.D.
Dr. Samara has over 25 years of experience in Otolaryngology/Head and Neck surgery. His practice encompasses all aspects of ENT including use of robotics, salivary gland endoscopy, minimally invasive surgical techniques, the use of lasers, and skull base surgery. He has received many honors and awards including induction into the American College of Surgeons and the Triological Society, Otolaryngology’s most prestigious society. Dr. Samara has been a leader in ENT, with research funded by the National Institutes of Health and an author in over 30 peer-reviewed journal articles.
Dr. Samara joined Nevada ENT and Hearing Associates after 26 years as faculty at SUNY Stony Brook, where his practice encompassed a broad range of ENT, with emphasis on nasal and sinus surgery, tumors of the Head and Neck region, and salivary gland disease. His residency was at Columbia University in New York City and at UCLA in Los Angeles. He graduated undergraduate and Medical School from University of Miami in Miami, Florida.
